Transamerican Development Corp. intends to construct a mixed-use property near Aventura combining residential units, office areas, and commercial retail space.
The Miami Beach developer, operating through subsidiary West Dixie Holdings LLC, submitted county application materials for Aventura Greynolds Village on February 8. The site spans 3.05 acres at 17990 W. Dixie Highway, positioned just east of Greynolds Park.
The proposal includes a seven-story structure featuring 139 apartments, 87,120 square feet of office space, 8,020 square feet of retail, and 532 parking spaces. The residential units consist of 59 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom, and 35 three-bedroom apartments, plus an amenity deck.
The developer purchased the property for $6.44 million in September 2015. Shapiro Associates designed the project.
