Hollywood to Consider 4 Retail Projects, Including Publix and Wawa

Hollywood officials will consider development plans for retail projects, including a new Publix Super Market and a Wawa convenience store and gas station.

All four projects were scheduled to go before the city's Technical Advisory Committee on October 8, with subsequent review required from the Planning & Zoning Board at a later date.

These projects would add to the growth of Hollywood, as the city has encouraged development on its east side, indicating municipal support for commercial development in that geographic area.
